Marketing and Client Relations Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated, adaptable, and creative Marketing and Client Relations Coordinator to join our remote team. We are looking for someone with a passion and experiences with digital marketing and people-engagement ready to commit to co-creating a purpose-driven consultancy and its Social Impact Training Hub.

This role will support the growth of our training and other programs while fostering meaningful client relationships and creating engaging marketing materials.

Job Location: Global remote position, with candidates from Indonesia and Kenya particularly encouraged to apply.

Employment type: Full-time or part time employment or service contract with a probation period. Other arrangements are possible for suitable candidates outside of Kenya and Indonesia.

About the Role.

  1. Social Media Management:

    • Co-creating and executing a social media strategy to promote the ARSIC Training Hub and increase engagement.

    • Create, schedule, and manage posts across all social platforms.

    • Monitor analytics and optimize content for better reach and engagement.

    • Respond to comments, messages, and engage with the online community.

  2. Marketing Strategy and Execution:

    • Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns (email, content, ads) to attract new course applicants.

    • Co-create design to create promotional materials (flyers, ads, posts).

    • Track and report on marketing campaign performance.

    • Identify trends and insights to optimize marketing efforts.

  3. Client Relations and Communication:

    • Serve as the main point of contact for prospective and enrolled course participants.

    • Respond to inquiries, provide course information, and guide applicants through the enrollment process.

    • Manage client relationships and ensure a smooth communication flow, from inquiry to post-enrollment support.

    • Address client concerns and feedback in a timely and professional manner.

  4. Other tasks as relevant and needed

Required Qualification.

•    Experience in social media management and digital marketing.
•    Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
•    Strong communication skills and ability to manage client relationships effectively.
•    Ability to multitask and manage various aspects of marketing, design, and client engagement.
•    A proactive attitude and a creative mindset.
•    Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
•    Ability to work across multiple time zones, collaborating with an international audience.
•    Passion for human rights and social impact topics, with a desire to contribute to meaningful causes.
•    Ability to work independently with minimum guidance.  

OTHER REQUIREMENTS.  

  • The candidate will have to adhere to ARSIC Social Impact Consulting’s internal policies and guidelines, including the Child Protection & Safeguarding Policy, and Confidentiality & Non-disclosure Agreement;  

  • Due to ARSIC Social Impact Consulting Standards, the candidate will be required to present proof of no criminal record;  

  • Provision of two references attesting past work achievements;
