Assistant (Bali based)
We are a global social impact consultancy company with a strong focus on creating meaningful change through consulting, training, and innovation. As part of our expansion, we are building an online and offline Skills-Share and Impact Center, a new hub designed to foster learning, collaboration, and community-driven initiatives.
We are seeking a proactive and versatile Assistant to join our team. This role is a unique opportunity to contribute to impactful projects online and offline while supporting the initial development and operations of this transformative online and offline space in Bali.
Job Location: Bali, Indonesian residents only.
Employment type: Full-time

About the Role.
Key Responsibilities:
Online Support
• Assist in managing email correspondence, scheduling, and preparation of documents and presentations.
• Provide administrative support for virtual training programs, meetings, and online events.
• Collaborate with the team to create and update digital content for social media, newsletters, and websites.
• Support compiling research and reports on topics related to consulting, training, and innovation.
• Maintain organized digital files and records.
• Others, as required.
Offline Support
• Provide logistical and administrative support during the planning and early development of the Skills-Share and Impact Center in Bali.
• Assist with coordination of on-site meetings, visits, and workshops related to the center's construction and setup.
• Build relationships with local stakeholders, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage day-to-day tasks, including office organization, inventory, and procurement of supplies.
• Support the team with travel arrangements and coordination for on-ground activities.
• Others, as required.
Required Qualification.
• Based in Bali (Canggu/Seseh) area or willing to relocate or travell.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English; proficiency in Indonesian.
• Tech-savvy with experience using tools like Microsoft Office, project management platforms, and social media.
• Previous experience in administration, logistics desirable, but not required.
• Interest in human rights, social impact, sustainable development, and community building.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to adapt to evolving tasks and responsibilities.
