The right to work and presence in Thailand;   

Native speaker of Thai and excellent knowledge of English;  

Relevant research, evaluation, training and other consultancies/work assignments at the national;  

Expertise or interest in one or more ARSIC thematic areas (child rights and child protection, migration and displacement gender equality and women empowerment, etc.); 

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities;  

Immediate availability;  

Flexibility and ability to work across time zones (if required by the contract) and to complete milestones and deadlines;  

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills;
